1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any programme offered by The Property Pro Academy, the learner agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Course Access
- Access is granted only after payment is received
- Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the enrolled learner
- Sharing login details or content is strictly prohibited
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, videos, documents, assessments, and resources remain the intellectual property of The Property Pro Academy.
Learners may not:
- Copy
- Distribute
- Record
- Sell
- Share
- Republish any content
Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
4. Payment Obligations
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Payment must be made in full or per selected option
- Failure to pay for subsequent phases will result in suspension of access
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
The Property Pro Academy provides education and training only.
We do not guarantee:
- Employment
- Registration with professional bodies
- Business success
- Earnings or income
Learner outcomes depend on individual effort, application, and external factors.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Property Pro Academy shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, business, or opportunity
- Decisions made by learners based on course content

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
